Am I registered? I didn’t get a confirmation
If you registered online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by your email system. Please contact (03) 9866 6056 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.
What is the suggested dress attire?

The conference dress attire is business/semi formal and you can dress up for the conference networking dinner.

What’s the best way to get to the Melbourne Convention Centre by public transport?

BY TRAIN: via Southern Cross station
BY TRAM: Routes 12, 96 and 109 stop right at the entrance of the Melbourne Convention Centre.

Where to Enter the Venue?

MCEC have a keen focus to keeping our community safe and have created a venue safe plan to view and/or download please link the following link  Learn more about MCEC’s VenueSafe Plan.

Entry doors for access for events and the general public as a thoroughfare are not restricted, which means that event delegates no longer need to use specific venue entry doors or show event registration at the venue doors. Delegates can use any door into the venue and make their way to their event space. Instead, MCEC have implemented an event specific QR Code system, which means we’ll produce a specific QR code for your event which will be located within our event space for our delegates to scan as they arrive within the event space.

Is there accommodation near the Melbourne Convention Center?
The nearest accommodations to the Melbourne Convention Centre are the RACV City Club and the Crown Metropol Melbourne, which are both a short walk from the Melbourne Convention Centre. 
Can I bring food and drinks inside the Melbourne Convention Center?
There won’t be any need to bring any food or drink into the Melbourne Convention Centre as catering has already been prepared. Tea and coffee are provided on arrival, followed by morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and finishing the day off with some cocktails. Dietary requirements should be made aware at the time of booking – please contact us if yours have not been accounted for.
Do I need to pre-collect my pass before arriving at the Convention Center?
No, simply use the registration kiosk located near the registration desk.
What happens if I lose my pass?
If you happen to lose your pass just pop back to the registration desk and inform them of your predicament. Staff should be able to reissue another pass.

Where is the networking dinner held and how do I get there?
This conference networking dinner will be held at the completion of Day 1, May 20 at the Palladium at Crown located at Level 1 Crown Towers, Crown Melbourne, 8 Whiteman St, Southbank VIC 3006.
Can I buy additional tickets to the networking dinner?

Yes, however capacity for dinner is 450 people.

Attendance priority will be assigned to paid delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and finally extra exhibitor registrations who purchased or received a full conference pass.

I didn’t add my WH&S, Human Resource and or Procurement Manager when I booked, how do I do it know?

Our company’s Sustainability Manager would like to attend the conference & exhibition, can they attend and how much will it cost?
They can attend for $800.00 as long as their Fleet Manager/Procurement Manager has purchased a full conference delegate pass.

  All amounts are payable in Australian Dollars and inclusive 10% GST

  All registrations are non-refundable

  Member discount applies to all active financial AfMA Members. This discount will apply to new members joining at the time of registration

  You may nominate a substitute if you are unable to attend. All substitutions must be made in writing (accompanying a new completed registration form) to

  Registrations include all meals, access to the Melbourne Conference & Exhibition Centre, conference workshops, plenary sessions as well as a delegate information bag

  Entry to the Conference Dinner is included for all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors who have purchased or received a full conference conference pass. Note: Capacity for dinner is 450 people. Attendance priority will be assigned to paid delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and finally extra exhibitor registrations

  You may be photographed or video recorded during the Conference. Images or recordings may be used by AfMA in print or online applications in the future

  If delegates are unable to attend due to a COVID-19 related issue such as border closure or due to quarantine, we will refund 100% of the amount paid upon sighting of the COVID test results or confirmation of relevant state border closure
