Am I registered? I didn’t get a confirmation
If you registered online, confirmations are automatically sent out to the email you provided during the registration process. If you did not receive a confirmation, it may have been filtered out by your email system. Please contact (03) 9866 6056 if you have any questions or concerns about your registration status.
What is the suggested dress attire?

The conference dress attire is business/semi formal and you can dress up for the conference networking dinner.

What’s the best way to get to the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse by public transport?

BY TRAIN: Via Parramatta where you can connect with regular route buses to get to the racecourse.
BY BUS: Route M92, route 535 bus service.

Where to Enter the Venue?

If you’re driving, there’s plenty of parking available onsite at Rosehill Gardens, travel with your group and allow extra travel time. The best taxi and rideshare drop off is at the Might and Power Entrance, entry via Grand Ave.

When catching public transport, plan ahead at transportnsw.info and allow extra travel time – remember it’s mandatory to wear a face mask when travelling on transport services.

Is there accommodation near the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse?
The nearest accommodations to the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse is the Nesuto Parramatta.
Can I bring food and drinks inside the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse?
There won’t be any need to bring any food or drink into the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse as catering has already been prepared. Tea and coffee are provided on arrival, followed by morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and finishing the day off with some cocktails. Dietary requirements should be made aware at the time of booking – please contact us if yours have not been accounted for.
Do I need to pre-collect my pass before arriving at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse?
No, simply use the registration kiosk located near the registration desk.
What happens if I lose my pass?
If you happen to lose your pass just pop back to the registration desk and inform them of your predicament. Staff should be able to reissue another pass.
How do I let you know about my dietary requirements?
You can leave us a note after your cart check-out during payment or alternatively, email [email protected]
Where is the networking dinner held and how do I get there?
This summit networking dinner will be held at the completion of Day 1, May 21 at the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, James Ruse Dr, Rosehill NSW 2142, Australia.
Can I buy additional tickets to the networking dinner?

Yes, however capacity for dinner is 550 people.

Attendance priority will be assigned to paid delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and finally extra exhibitor registrations who purchased or received a full summit pass.

Our company’s Sustainability Manager would like to attend the Australasian Fleet Education & Leadership Summit, can they attend and how much will it cost?
They can attend for $800.00 as long as their Fleet Manager/Procurement Manager has purchased a full summit delegate pass.

  All amounts are payable in Australian Dollars and inclusive 10% GST

  All registrations are non-refundable

  Member discount applies to all active financial AfMA Members. This discount will apply to new members joining at the time of registration

  You may nominate a substitute if you are unable to attend. All substitutions must be made in writing (accompanying a new completed registration form) to [email protected]

  Registrations include all meals, access to the Rosehill Gardens Racecourse Sydney, summit workshops, plenary sessions as well as a delegate information bag

  Entry to the Summit Dinner is included for all delegates, sponsors and exhibitors who have purchased or received a full summit pass. Note: Capacity for dinner is 550 people. Attendance priority will be assigned to paid delegates, sponsors, exhibitors and finally extra exhibitor registrations

  You may be photographed or video recorded during the Summit. Images or recordings may be used by AfMA in print or online applications in the future
