This session will explore the chemistry and innovation behind EV batteries in this technical yet accessible session. Aviloo’s expert will unpack battery types, their chemistry and highlight weaknesses in relation to charging, rate of charge, ability to retain charge and likely useful life.

Whilst battery type and chemistry dictate a battery’s performance, its longevity and degradation is influenced by the ambient temperatures it operates in and charging speed and frequency.

This session will focus on the science of battery technology and their charging capabilities based on global evidence.
