The Realities of the Chain of Responsibility

Chain of Responsibility (CoR) best practice is to adopt it in everything you do, it’s as simple as understanding your actions may have a negative impact on others and you are accountable for that impact.

Understanding you and your organisation’s role under the Chain of Responsibility laws is relatively straight forward however many people still fail to understand
they are part of the chain with dire consequences.

During this session we’ll revisit the principles of Chain of Responsibility, explore who is considered part of the supply chain and how best to ensure employees across your organisation understand their CoR roles. We’ll also hear some examples of prosecutions highlighting what can go wrong.
