Change Management for Telematics

Whilst there are hundreds of use cases enabling organisations to make data informed decisions, improve driver behaviours, reduce accidents and improve fleet efficiency, thereby recovering the investment cost, perhaps the greatest challenge is change management.
In this panel discussion, you’ll hear from organisations who’ve lived that journey, providing valuable insight into what worked well, what didn’t and how to plan a successful change management process for telematics.
