     Managing Director, Innovation Group


    Drew     Schnehage is a seasoned speaker and recognised insurance professional with 30 years of experience in South Africa. She excels at building and strengthening client relationships and has grown two businesses from scratch. Drew leads by example and thrives in innovative and entrepreneurial environments. She became a director at 32, developed a niche insurance product, and earned recognition as Underwriting Agency of the Year in 2016. After selling her agency to Hollard Insurance, she was recruited to lead Innovation Group in South Africa. In 2019, Drew accepted the challenge of leading the Australian operations as Managing Director.
